Holland Homes began in 2017. After remodelling their midcentury home and having it featured in Style At Home Magazine, Husband and Wife Duo, Steve and Jenna Holland, pursued their passion for building and designing beautiful homes.
MEET THE HOLLANDS
What initially started as a renovation company, quickly expanded to a full-service design, build and residential development business. Along with growing their company and their brand over the last eight years, Steve and Jenna have added three children to the Holland family: Blake, Theo and Evelyn.
Their talent for creating beautiful homes, using innovative and efficient materials and construction methods have made The Hollands a well known building company in their hometown of Fredericton, New Brunswick. With a planning and design team on staff, building with Holland Homes is an enjoyable process. The design team works diligently to help clients envision the design of their home, as well as communicating effectively with the contractors and trades. In addition, Jenna and her design team offer services for those who are renovating or looking to redecorate a space.

"Quite simply, two wonderful people who were awesome to work with. Jenna and Steve turned something that often is quite stressful into a very easy process. We cannot tell you how man people told us how 'well built' the place was. The craftsmanship from Steve and his crew was unparalleled. The fine details were every bit as important as the big portions of the build. And honestly, Steve is just a great guy. Super level headed, nothing seemed to bother him, even when we knew they did. There are always ups and downs with any build, especially in these COVID times, but Steve just moved ahead with the utmost professionalism. And Jenna... Oh my what an incredible resource and person she is. We would not have been able to do this without her. Steve told me once that she does not give herself the credit she deserves, and he was 100% correct. She turned our vision into a reality, and then made it better than we could have imagined. We eventually just left all of the decisions in her hands...she knew better than we did what we wanted."
